Just so you know I haven't been completely wasting my off time, I've been regularly going to an pilates exercise class twice a week at the gym, and its really working. I've always been stiff as a board, but I'm starting now to feel the exercises properly, and my posture has definitely improved, I'm not hunching so much. Also, I set a new personal best on the stairmaster today as well.
