A judge has ruled that the X-Men aren't human.
In a six-year tariff fight between Marvel Comics and U.S. Customs, it's been ruled that X-Men action figures portray "non-human" creatures, and are therefore toys instead of dolls, which means the duties on them are lower. Check out the full story here.
