Drug War Surrealism

Here's some interesting news from the never-ending and futile war on drugs.

A shipment of cocaine bricks confiscated by the DEA turned out to have packets of heroin hidden inside them. They think this was to deceive the middlemen transporters, who charge more to move heroin than cocaine.

This is either eminently logical or beyond insane. Take your pick.
